John was very thorough. Found several things in our pre-dry wall inspection we would have not noticed. Peace of mind is nice to have going into a brand new home.
I am currently in the process of purchasing a home in an area that I am not familiar with, while working out of state. I went online and looked at websites of companies that did home inspections. I really liked CJR's website. It was a Sunday night when I was at work and I am 1 hr behind in time than Virginia. I was absolutely impressed that John actually called me that same night when he saw that I filled out the contact form. It was after 7pm, his time. John is a very personable, professional, and respectful man. He took the time to let me know when he was on his way. He thoroughly explained his process and what he would be doing before, during, and after the inspection. He even answered my sister's questions. He was very patient with us and even stopped to answer questions and explain things during the inspection. He was very thorough and detailed with the inspection and the written report. It had pictures and video, with audio explanations. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well in laymans terms that I could understand. He took his time, spent a little over 3 hrs, and did not rush through anything. I am so glad that I chose him for my home inspection. I highly recommend him.
